Luanne Bonnie is an attorney committed to advising individuals and families about all aspects of estate planning, including wills, trusts, living wills, healthcare powers of attorney, financial powers or attorney, family limited partnerships, grantor trusts and other estate planning techniques. Additionally, Luanne represents older individuals and their unique needs.  Luanne also represents executors and administrators of decedent’s estates in probate and older adults and their special needs.

Estate planning and drafting wills and trusts

Advises clients on advantageous estate planning opportunities applicable to each particular family situation. Estate planning techniques can range from simple to very sophisticated depending on the value of a particular client’s estate, and the client’s desire to control his or her transfer of wealth.

Administration of estates and trusts

Advises individual executors, administrators and trustees regarding their administrative and fiduciary obligations relating to decedent’s estates and trusts, including income and estate tax implications.

Charitable and exempt organization representation

Advises private foundations and other charitable organizations. Assists clients with the establishment of private family foundations and other charitable and nonprofit corporations, including structuring various types of lifetime and testamentary charitable gifts and bequests.
